Well, little Jack, I spent a bit of time with you this month, watching you from the outside and then coming into the world. Your mom was so amazing. She carried you gracefully and safely in an ocean of love (and embryonic fluid).She didn't make a peep (well, one little peep towards the very end) in that awesome effort called "labor". As I told her, she was totally "professional".
And as for you, little Jack, how fast you learn. You seem to have come with a wonderful disposition and mastered the preliminary steps of breathing, nursing and adjusting to that weird thing called bladder and bowels.
You were a joy to look at and hold and I can't wait to play catch with you...
